The notarial office Stoica Sebastian Eduard is located near Piața Romană, Amzei, and University Square, on George Enescu Street no. 27–29, Bucharest, Sector 1, inside the Palace of the General Union of Romanian Industrialists (UGIR), on the ground floor and first floor. It is a 2-minute walk from Piața Romană metro station, heading towards University Square.

It operates based on appointment order no. 1332/C dated 06.04.2018, issued by the Ministry of Justice, and operating license no. 303/3986 dated 26.10.2018, issued by the National Notarial Registry of Public Notaries, as amended.

Please include in your message your full name, the requested document, and your phone number. A legal advisor will review your request and contact you promptly to schedule an appointment.
  • BY PHONE: You can contact us during working hours, Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00, at +40 722 222 281. Our team will inform you about the required documents for preparing your requested act. An appointment will also be scheduled at our office in Bucharest for document pickup/signing.
  • ONLINE: You may complete the client form with your personal details in the contact section of our website, or you can reach us via WhatsApp,or in real time through the website chat.
  • AT OUR OFFICE: You may submit the documents required for your requested notarial act directly at our office. Depending on the complexity of the document, it will either be issued on the spot or an appointment will be scheduled for its release.

Please note that regardless of the contact method you choose, in order to reduce waiting times, our team may request that you send the necessary documents for drafting the act in scanned form or clear photos taken with your mobile phone, via email or WhatsApp. Personal data is processed in compliance with all applicable data protection regulations.

When signing the document, it is mandatory to present the original documents (ID card, property deed, and any other documents indicated by the notary as required in original form).
